Our Regional Coordinator, Rebecca Cardenas, is currently accepting new clients in Eugene and surrounding areas. We are currently providing direct BCBA services and parent training. Once services have begun and you have determined we are a good fit for the needs of you and your family we will coordinate further direct therapy provided by a Registered Behavior Technician.
Rebecca Cardenas, M.Ed, BCBA, LBA
Rebecca Cardenas M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Eugene, Oregon, with a passion for providing individualized, compassionate care to children and their families. She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University and a master's degree in Special Education from Arizona State University.
With over 10 years of experience in the field of behavior analysis, Rebecca has worked extensively with children ranging from 18 months to 12 years old. She specializes in early intervention, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT). Her approach focuses on building meaningful skills while reducing challenging behaviors in a way that prioritizes safety, dignity, and engagement. She is dedicated to using evidence-based, child-led strategies to foster communication, independence, and social-emotional growth. By creating a collaborative and supportive environment, she ensures that each child’s voice is heard and respected, while also empowering families with the tools they need for lasting success.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, playing outside with her toddler, tackling DIY projects, and listening to true crime podcasts. She is dedicated to making a lasting impact in the lives of the children and families she serves.
